How Can Companies Update / Correct Their Shares Outstanding?

TMX Money displays two metrics for shares outstanding:

• Listed Shares Out: displays the number of company securities that are currently listed for trading. This data is provided by QuoteMedia based on information provided by companies in their Form 1 Filings (TSX Issuers) and by company transfer agents (TSXV Issuers)
• Total Shares (All Classes): displays the aggregate number of securities outstanding (listed and unlisted) for all security classes of a company. This data is provided by QuoteMedia. In some instances, this data may only be updated quarterly

If you believe that your Listed Shares Out is incorrect, please contact [e-mail]. A TSX/TSXV Company Services representative will respond within two business days to confirm/clarify your request. In some cases, a TSX/TSXV Company Services representative may be able to coordinate with your transfer agent (TSXV) and/or filing manager (TSX) to facilitate updates.  

If you believe that your Total Shares (All Classes) is incorrect, please contact [e-mail]. A TSX/TSXV Company Services representative will respond within two business days to confirm/clarify your request. Please note that TSX and TSXV cannot make changes to the Total Shares (All Classes) data that is displayed on TMX Money. However, as a service to listed issuers, a TSX/TSXV Company Services representative will make requests to the third party data providers on behalf of listed issuers. Please note that TSX and TSXV cannot guarantee that requests for changes will be made by third party providers.
